Shipping and delivery policy — Elohé Beauty
At Elohé Beauty, we do everything possible to ensure your orders reach you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed before 12:00 PM is processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped, along with your tracking number.
2. Free delivery
Delivery is free for any order amounting to 60 € or more in Europe see the table for all zones
3. Carriers and delivery times
We work with Colissimo (La Poste) and Mondial Relay for the delivery of your orders.

The indicated times are estimates and may vary depending on customs conditions and destination.
4. Order tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your package is shipped. You can track your delivery directly on the Colissimo (colissimo.fr) or Mondial Relay (mondialrelay.fr) websites.
5. Customs duties and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be applied by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price.
6. Damaged or lost package
If the package is damaged upon receipt, we invite you to refuse the package or make reservations with the carrier, then contact us immediately at faith@elohebeauty.com. In case of a lost package, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible.
