Shipping and Delivery Policy — Elohé Beauty

At Elohé Beauty, we do everything possible to ensure that your orders reach you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Any order placed before 12:00 p.m. is processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. or over the weekend are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your parcel is shipped, together with your tracking number.

2. Free delivery

Delivery is free for any order of an amount equal to or greater than €60 in Europe, see the table for all regions

3. Carriers and delivery times

We work with Colissimo (La Poste) and Mondial Relay for shipping your orders.

The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs conditions and the destination.

4. Order tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can track your delivery directly on the Colissimo website (colissimo.fr) or the Mondial Relay website (mondialrelay.fr).

5. Customs duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be imposed by local authorities. These charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the order price.

6. Damaged or lost parcel

If your parcel is damaged upon receipt, we invite you to refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier, then contact us immediately at faith@elohebeauty.com. If your parcel is lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier as soon as possible.
